Origin:  A summer harvest from the Miyazaki region and family in Japan, this is one of the few Oolong teas produced in Japan.  It is grown at an altitude of 600 – 700 meters.

 

Method:  Scissor cut, low oxidation.

 

Tasting/Fragrance Notes: light, floral, savory and vegetal. 

 

Preparation Instructions: Gongfu - 5 grams, 195F, 20 seconds then add 5 seconds for each steeping
