Origin: A Taiwanese Oolong from the Meishan area, produced at about 650 meters of altitude. GABA stands for Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, and the content of this tea is around 400 mg per 100 grams, substantially higher than most other available GABA teas. GABA has been studied as a compound soothing to the nervous system.
Method: GABA processing, which involves shade growing and replacing oxygen with nitrogen in the fermentation process, was developed by the Japanese and later perfected by the Taiwanese. Oxidation is about 30%.

Preparation Instructions: Gongfu - 5 grams, 200F, 20 seconds then add 10 seconds for each steeping
