Origin: A spring harvest from Dong Ding, Nantou,Taiwan. Grown at higher altitudes, this is one of the more popular teas to grown among farmers in Taiwan and Thailand.
Method: No chemicals or pesticides used. Also known as “milk oolong”, the natural creaminess is produced by extra oxidation, with low roasting.
Tasting/Fragrance Notes: light, creamy, and flowery.
Preparation Instructions: Gongfu - 5 grams, 195F, 20 seconds then add 5 seconds for each steeping.
